How do I order?
Send an order to threadserious@hotmail.com. Be as specific as you can--i.e., size, colors, font, and any questions you may have. If you need a proof of the applique, let me know.
What kind of t-shirts do you use?
I use several different brands of t-shirt, but some of my favorites are Monag, Rabbit Skins, Dharma Trading Co., Cherokee, and Garanimals. When you send me an order, I'll see what I have available in the size you need and let you know.
Do you have any other knit products?
Yes, I have white dresses, rompers, and bubbles. If I am out of these products, it may take a little longer to get the items in.
What is your turnaround time?
My current turnaround time for orders is anywhere from 1-3 wks at most. Of course, t-shirts take less time than constructing garments. If you need your order sooner let me know. Rush orders are $5 to $10 more depending on what it is.
How late can I order a t-shirt for a specfic holiday?
As a busy mother, I completely understand forgetting to order a holiday t-shirt until a few weeks before. However, many people do the same which causes somewhat of a backlog. Ordering things a few months ahead of time insures that you get the most wear out of your shirt.
What about shipping?
Shipping is currently $5 for all orders.
Can I pick it up?
Of course! If you live in the Jackson area or are passing through, we can arrange a pick up time.
How do I pay?
I accept checks or paypal.
Can I bring/mail you my own shirt?
Yes, you can! If you provide the shirt the price for applique is $8-$10 depending on the complexity of the design.
Can I put my applique shirt in the dryer?
Appliques and dryers ARE not friends! Please be sure to hang all garments to dry!:)
What if I want an applique that I don't see?
Please ask! I can find something that you want.
