My story...

I have two little boys.

Little boys are super-cute.

Most of the time, their clothing options are not.

I decided that the gaping hole in this market needed to be filled. So my parents helped me buy a machine, and I am now obsessed with making anything I can. I'm having fun, I'm creating things, and I'm Thread Serious.

Boys' summer things...

My oldest will be 5 in May, so I'm trying to find some ways to have more "big boy" things without completely throwing in the towel.  I've found these cutre "Ringer tees" which I think are a great option for something a little different.  These come in boys' sizes--S, M, L, & XL, and I'm offering them in red and navy.

For just the tshirt with initials, they're $16.  If you'd like to do an applique, they will be $20.  I think simpler appliques will look best with these.  For an idea on sizing, I got a small for Sam, and he is a tall almost-5-year-old.

You can do the straight across monogram or a stacked style.  I haven't tried a diamond style yet, but I'm sure it would be cute.

Another option for the bigger boys--monogrammed cargo shorts.  These have a single pocket on the front leg, but I can also do a pocket on the side.  These are $20.

And some examples of appliques I've been working on.  Remember, I can change the materials and colors on any of the appliques.

Toolbelt--$18

Canoe--$15

Baseball diamond with monogram--$18

Monogrammed sunhat for babies--$15

And lastly, I'm not ready to offer this for sale, but just to give you and idea of some things that can be done for the older ones, I'm working on this pattern--a short-sleeved-patterned shirt with monogram.

And I made Alex a "Taylor bubble" to match!

I haven't forgotten the girls! I'm about to start working on some things for them.

Thanks for stopping by!
